Once you have completed your order and the payment has been finalized, you will receive an order confirmation at the email address you provided within a few minutes. Haven’t received an email? Please check your spam folder first.

• For orders in the Netherlands we offer free delivery for orders over €100, or €5,75 under €100.
• For orders in Europe we offer a discounted shipping fee of €8,95 and free delivery for orders over €200.
• US shipping costs: $18.
• UK shipping costs: £12,50.
• Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to additional taxes, customs duties, or import fees, this is at the expense of the customer.
• Email us at support@clubsamsam.com if you wish to order from a different country.
  

• All packages will be packed and shipped within 24h on business days. The delivery time depends on the destination country.
• In the Netherlands, we ship with DHL
• In Europe, your package gets shipped with GLS.
• Outside of Europe we'll send your package with DHL Express.
  

Would you like to return one or more items? You can easily return your product via our return portal, sam-sam.returnless.com, where you can also create a shipping label and choose your preferred postal service.

• Book your return at our portal within 14 days.
• Return shipping costs are at your own expense.
• Would you like to exchange an item? You can choose to get a coupon in our return portal. You'll then get a free return label.

No, you don't have to create an account. However, we would like to recommend that you create an account so that you can take advantage of the various benefits it offers. For example, you will be able to access your account easily the next time you visit us and you will be able to get personalized recommendations and services tailored to your needs. Always include in your email what the issue is, the order number, where and when you purchased the product, and add clear photos of the problem. We will get in touch with you as soon as possible.
