Delivery
- All packages will be packed and shipped within 24h on business days. The delivery time depends on the destination country.
- In the Netherlands we ship with DHL. Expected delivery 1-2 working days.
- In Europe your package gets shipped with GLS. Expected delivery 1-4 working days.
- Outside of Europe we'll send your package with DHL Express. Expected delivery 1-3 working days.
Shipping Cost
- For orders in the Netherlands we offer free delivery for orders over €50, or €3,25 under €50.
- In Belgium & Germany we offer free shipping over €50, or €3,75 under €50.
- For orders in Europe we offer a discounted shipping fee of €8,95 and free delivery for orders over €200.
- US shipping costs: $18.
- UK shipping costs: £12,50.
- Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to additional taxes, customs duties, or import fees, this is at the expense of the customer.

Would you like to return one or more items? You can easily return your product via our return portal, samsam.returnless.com, where you can also create a shipping label and choose your preferred postal service.
- Book your return at our portal within 14 days.
- Return shipping costs are at your own expense, unless you want to exchange an item or choose store credit. In that case shipping costs are on us.
- When the returns arrives at the warehouse, it might take up to 7 days for it to process.
